Application of Used Oil Recycling Machine
YNZSY waste oil recycling machine is new in technology researched and developed by YUNENG and CQ University. It is suitable to regenerate used engine oil (gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil), waste dirty hydraulic oil, and other seriously polluted lubrication oil.
How Does Used Oil Recycling Machine Work?
- The YNZSY series waste oil recycling machine that uses a sedimentation method to allow the waste oil to stand so that the impurities are lowered and separated. The settling time is determined by oil quality and oil temperature. The higher the oil temperature, the smaller the viscosity, the easier the impurities are, and the shorter the settling time. The settling time of impurities in general oils depends greatly on temperature.
- This machine uses a pickling method to further treat the settled and distilled waste oil. Condensed sulfuric acid reacts with colloidal and asphaltic impurities in waste engine oil.
- The third step is the alkaline washing method. This step is to remove the organic acid from the waste engine oil and neutralize the sulfuric acid remaining in the pickling.
- Finally, after filtering through the machine, we can get the products we need.
