QTHS-3-500
500m³h SF6 Evacuation Unit
The SF6 Gas Vacuum Pumping Unit is designed for vacuum pumping of GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear), GIL pipelines, and SF6 gas insulated electrical equipment during installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
The unit is capable of creating a high vacuum condition inside the equipment before SF6 gas filling, effectively removing moisture, air, and non-condensable gases from the system. This process ensures the insulation performance and operational reliability of high-voltage equipment.
The system typically consists of a high-efficiency vacuum pump, vacuum measurement system, control panel, pipelines, and protective devices, forming a compact and reliable vacuum pumping solution for substations and power plants.
With robust construction and stable performance, the unit is suitable for onsite field service as well as workshop applications in the power transmission and distribution industry.
The SF6 Gas Vacuum Pumping Unit (500 m³/h) is specifically designed for vacuum pumping applications in medium and large-sized GIS equipment.
The unit provides stable vacuum performance and reliable operation, meeting the vacuum requirements prior to SF6 gas filling during equipment installation and maintenance processes.
The main technical parameters of the standard model are listed below.
In addition to the 500 m³/h model, YUNENG also offers units with other pumping capacities, such as 250 m³/h and 1000 m³/h, as well as larger or smaller configurations, which can be customized according to specific project requirements.
