SF6 Gas Purification and Regeneration System
The SF6 Gas Purification & Regeneration System is an integrated solution designed for recovery, deep purification, recycling, and quality management of SF6 gas used in high-voltage electrical equipment.
The system combines gas recovery, vacuum processing, liquefaction purification, curing purification, online quality monitoring, refilling, and exhaust gas neutralization into one automated platform. It is specially developed for maintenance centers, gas service facilities, and large-scale GIS operation environments where high gas purity and environmental compliance are required.
Equipped with a PLC automatic control system and touch-screen interface, the unit supports local operation, industrial computer control, and remote operation, enabling flexible management and intelligent process supervision.
The system can perform vacuum pumping of gas tanks and pipelines, recover residual SF6 gas without remaining pressure, remove mixed gases and decomposition products, and restore SF6 gas quality through circulation drying and purification processes. Real-time online gas analysis ensures continuous monitoring of moisture, purity, and decomposition components during operation.
An integrated exhaust gas neutralization system treats harmful by-products before emission, ensuring environmentally compliant and non-toxic discharge.

1. Integrated Recovery and Deep Purification Process
The system integrates recovery, circulation drying, purification, and refining functions, enabling removal of air, nitrogen, C₂F₆, C₃F₈ and other impurities to restore SF6 gas quality.
2. Oil-Free Compression Technology
An oil-free compressor is adopted for gas recovery and liquefaction storage, eliminating the risk of secondary contamination and ensuring clean gas handling.
3. Multi-Stage Purification Design
Equipped with freeze-drying, vacuum pumping, and alkali washing devices, the system achieves efficient removal of moisture, acidic decomposition products, and harmful gases.
4. Real-Time Online Gas Quality Monitoring
Integrated analyzers continuously measure micro-moisture, gas purity, and decomposition products before and after purification, ensuring transparent and controlled processing.
5. Independent Recycling and Filling Systems
Two independent processing systems are used for recovery and refilling operations, effectively preventing cross contamination between gases.

The system is equipped with a PLC automatic control system with one-touch operation via a touch screen. Industrial computer supervision and remote control functions are available as optional configurations. Both automatic and manual operation modes can be selected according to operational requirements.

Dedicated temperature, pressure, and weight sensors monitor operating conditions in real time, ensuring stable and safe system performance.

An independent gas heating system improves vacuum pumping efficiency and accelerates gas refilling speed.

Exhaust gases are neutralized through physical adsorption and chemical treatment processes to remove H₂S, SO₂, and HF, achieving non-toxic emissions and minimizing environmental impact.
10. Remote Expert Assistance Capability
Optional video remote assistance enables real-time communication between onsite operators and remote experts, improving troubleshooting and operational guidance efficiency.
