1000m³h SF6 Vacuum Evacuation System
The SF6 Vacuum Evacuation System (1000 m³/h) is designed for high-capacity vacuum evacuation of large gas-insulated electrical equipment, including GIS, GIL, and high-voltage circuit breakers. The unit is used to evacuate air, moisture, and non-condensable gases from gas compartments prior to SF6 gas filling during installation, commissioning, and maintenance operations.
The system adopts a dual-stage vacuum configuration combining a rotary vane vacuum pump and a Roots blower, enabling rapid pump-down performance and stable deep vacuum operation. Its robust design ensures reliable operation under demanding substation and field service conditions.
The SF6 Vacuum Evacuation System (1000 m³/h) is designed for high-efficiency evacuation of large SF6 gas compartments used in GIS and other gas-insulated electrical equipment. The system adopts a dual-stage vacuum configuration combining a rotary vane pump and a Roots blower, enabling rapid pump-down to an ultimate vacuum level of ≤1 Pa while effectively removing moisture and non-condensable gases.
This model is particularly suitable for installation, commissioning, and maintenance operations requiring fast evacuation performance and stable vacuum reliability.
