  • With a 10,000 L/h processing capacity, high-vacuum dehydration, degassing, and 1 μm precision filtration, the system helps restore the dielectric performance of insulating oil and reduce the risk of moisture-related insulation problems.
  • It is suitable for transformer maintenance, oil treatment, oil filling, and continuous purification applications.

10000LPH transformer oil dehydration machine is mainly used to remove moisture, gas, and impurities from the transformer oil.

The 10000LPH transformer oil dehydration machine has the following functions as below:

  • With a frequency converter, the flow rate can be adjusted by a frequency converter or an oil return valve
  • Temperature control: The temperature can be adjusted at request
  • Uses a photoelectric control device to automatically eliminate foam
  • With an oil level control system to automatically control the oil level
  • Adopts an over-pressure alarm device, which alarms when the oil discharge pressure ≥0.5MPa
  • With a protection device for overheating, the heater is not damaged when the oil supply is reduced or interrupted. Heaters can be divided into multiple groups
