3000LPH Vacuum Oil Purifier
- The 3000LPH vacuum oil purifier machine is developed for transformer oil dehydration, degasification, and filtration processing.
- It adopts double-stage high vacuum pumping systems and a fully enclosed structure with a weatherproof canopy.
- The filtration process of the all-weather 9000LPH vacuum oil purifier keeps the transformer oil completely clean and increases the dielectric strength of the insulating oil.
Vacuum oil purifier is a device that improves electrical insulation.
Mobile equipment can be replaced at the workplace as needed and equipped with swivel casters to help keep the equipment in a narrow or uneven workplace.
Fixed structures are used for sites that cannot be moved for long periods of time. The vacuum oil purifier consists of a vacuum pump, roots pump, oil level monitoring system, overload protection, phase error protection, etc.
YUNENG is a designing, engineering, and manufacturing company capable of offering the best solutions. And we could produce different types of vacuum oil purifiers. We believe that our products could satisfy your needs all the time.

1. Comprehensive Purification
Combines two stages (e.g., vacuum dehydration + degassing/filtration) to address diverse contaminants like water, gases, and particulates, ensuring thorough oil treatment.
2. Higher Efficiency
Dual processes work synergistically, improving contaminant removal rates and reducing processing time compared to single-stage systems.
3. Multi-Contaminant Removal
Targets moisture, dissolved gases, sludge, and solid particles in separate stages, enhancing oil purity and reliability.
4. Improved Dielectric Strength
Restores oil’s insulating properties by eliminating impurities, critical for preventing electrical failures.
5. Extended Transformer Lifespan
Reduces oxidative degradation and sludge buildup, preserving transformer components and longevity
Installation and Commissioning of New Equipment:
Even new transformer oil can contain some moisture and impurities from manufacturing, transport, and storage. A purifier is used to “polish” new oil to meet the required specifications before it is filled into a new transformer, capacitor, or circuit breaker .
These machines also serve as a vacuum filling and drying system. Before filling a transformer with oil, a vacuum is often pulled on the tank to remove moisture from the internal insulation (paper and windings). The purifier can then inject the clean, dry oil directly into this vacuum, preventing re-contamination
