Working Principles of GF-100 Mobile Transformer Dry Air Machine

  • The GF-100 Series transformer air drying machine consists of five systems: a gas source system, a gas compression system, a freeze-drying system, an adsorption drying system, and an electric control system.
  • The mobile high-purity dry air generating device is made up of five parts: an air dust filter, an oil-free air pump, a radiator, a gas-water separator and filter, and an air compressor.
  • The air source system consists of an air dust filter, an oil-free air pump, a radiator, a gas-water separator and filter, and outputs clean and oil-free gas.
  • The atmosphere enters the gas storage tank through the air compressor, most of the water is compressed liquefied, and discharged through the drain valve, and the air is once dried.
  • The air then enters the refrigerating dryer, the water vapor is condensed into water, and the air is dried for the second time.
  • The air then enters the adsorption dryer, where the remaining traces of water are adsorbed.
  • The air is then transported through a high-precision air filter to the equipment to be dried.
