- YUNENG QTHS series includes a self-regenerating dry filter, ensuring recovered gas has less than 60PPM water content.
- Capable of liquefying SF6 gas into a cylinder.
- Equipped with phase sequence protection and manual adjustment for a three-phase power supply. Additionally, it prevents vacuum pump reversal and host phase lack of operation.
